The works at St Francis deliver a comprehensive upgrade to the school, including the refurbishment of all existing facilities, a new learning hub and extensive upgrades to landscape and play areas. The new two-storey building comprises of nine GLAs, withdrawal spaces, amenities, and an undercroft. Alterations and additions to Block C upgrade four existing GLAs and introduce new north and south external breakout spaces. Block F is converted to dedicated art and music spaces, Block D is refurbished, and the existing hall is extended to meet school population growth and community requirements.
